comfortable amenities

The place is nice, and has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and tv. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a late departure, which I really appreciated. I recommend it for a cozy stay, and I'm coming back for Christmas.

The staff promptly provided us with an extra set of sheets, blankets, and an electric kettle when we asked. Our Standard Double Room was spacious and sparkling clean, and the location was unbeatable, just a short 5-minute stroll to the iconic Colosseum. I cannot praise the warmth and helpfulness of the owners enough!

the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, the room was spotless. though some of the staff were very unfriendly, i had a such wonderful stay. the hotel was situated in the very central location close to a metro station.

Our stay felt perfect for exploring the city as we were within a few steps of the Colosseum and great food options like Antica Roma and La Taverna dei Fori Imperiali, made our walking adventures even better.

During our 3-night stay, we enjoyed a wonderful experience while exploring the Colosseum and nearby attractions. The cleanliness of our Standard Double Room was impressive, especially the shower, which was spotless. The staff went above and beyond, providing us with a detailed map of the area to help navigate to places like the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. It really enhanced our visit to the city!

The hotel's location woudl ve been fabulous if it wasn't for the unbearable street noise. Practically useless and only for residents-how quaint! I was really looking forward to a room upgrade but I guess not everyone is entitled to one. Honestly, I almost gave this place a good review, but I just couldn't.

The family-run hotel boasts an really good location with views of the iconic landmark practically from the window. While the room was adequately clean and tidy, it did feel cramped at times, and the frequent noise from the busy street might not suit everyone. The staff, particularly the owners, were accommodating, promptly fulfilling requests for extra blankets and an electric kettle. Although breakfast wasn't included, the nearby café offered gluten-free options.
